Our Process
Sourcing premium quality chocolate from around the world and the finest, natural ingredients, each chocolate is delicately made from scratch in our charming workshop in Nicosia. Each individual bonbon is artistically hand painted to inspire our customers creativity and imagination. Our attention to detail becomes evident with every bite.
Founder
My mother Yolanda has always been known for hosting fantastic parties where she would cook up delicious food and desserts galore. Yearly celebrations brought the family together and these traditions have had a great impact on my live and who I am today. My upbringing inspired and pushed me to explore an array of different culinary avenues, which always led to the same result. Chocolate. This is what brings me to today.

Welcome to Yolanda’s Chocolatiers, where artistry meets indulgence. We share a passion for creating unique, high-quality chocolates that spark creativity and delight the senses.
Having studied Hotel Management at Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Egli went on to work at some of the most renowned five star hotels around the world.
After 10 years in the hotel industry, she decided to dedicate her time to raising a family. With more free time on her hands she was able to rekindle her love for cooking, baking and creating. It was during this period that she stumbled upon the world of chocolate and its wonders.
Learning from world-renowned chocolatiers and hours in the kitchen her hobby soon became a passion.
The journey began in the heart of Nicosia, Cyprus, inspired by my mother, Yolanda, whose legendary parties and delectable desserts left a lasting impression on everyone. Her love for bringing people together through food ignited our culinary curiosity, leading us to the world of chocolate. Today, we carry forward her legacy by crafting artisanal confections that tell a story with every bite.

As I was not able to return to Cyprus for the Christmas break, I discovered the site and ordered bonbons, truffles and mendiants for family and friends as presents. I also wanted to support small businesses. Customer service, delivery and presentation were top. Most of all, everyone loved their gifts. Their comments: beautifully presented, original, delicious, amazing of the best quality. Indeed , a wonderful gift. I would definitely order again and cannot wait to try them myself.

There is a lot of delicious chocolate out there. At times you can also find beautiful chocolates, but those rarely taste as good as they look. Yolanda’s seem to have a unique talent at making absolutely stunning chocolate bonbons which also taste heavenly. The quality of the chosen products and attention that was given to every single detail is very visible and palatable. Bite-size masterpieces! Congratulations, keep up the amazing work – I will definitely order again!
I was seriously impressed from the moment I received my order. When I opened the box I was amazed. Each chocolate was a little work of art- absolutely stunning. That evening we tried every flavour and every single one was a little piece of heaven. My favourite for sure was the almond one, but all tasted so good (and I am a chocoholic who has tried MANY chocolates- yours are the best!) I just wanted to say thank you and also congratulations.
